Sharon Glassman entertains busy book lovers with her “Lazy Person’s Book Club” live and recorded audio novels with songs.
Her work is inspired by Renaissance author Boccaccio’s idea that stories can comfort listeners in troubling times.
This warmhearted songwriting novelist, essayist and stage storyteller has performed her “novel novels” in bakeries, schools, private homes, libraries, flower shops, skincare stores, wineries, distilleries, science conferences and corporate boardrooms nationwide. Also: traditional theaters and arts spaces. They’re also available as podcasts and audiobooks.
Sharon’s audio novel with songs, Blame It On Hoboken (Blackstone Audio), is performed by an international cast of actors and musicians. She is the author of Love, Santa (Grand Central Publishing), based on her traveling holiday monologue.
